Welcome!
Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.
You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.
I am here to help you dig out, and start feeling better & happier
I work exclusively with women who have gone through trauma at some point in life. Unresolved trauma lives in the body causing physical pain and emotional and mental overwhelm. If you are a survivor of clergy sexual abuse, domestic violence, unresolved grief or a car accident that changed life as you knew it, I can help. Using an intuitive, creative and spiritual approach to treatment, there is not challenge we can't work through together.
If you're interested in moving joyfully forward in your life and resolving what is holding you back, I’d love to work with you every step of the way.
